Frances, I have info from my parents research as follows:
William Aron was married x2. first to an Unknown ?Lockwood and had 4 children. Second to an unknown and had 6 children. The will is in theKent County DE archives, I believe.
Children listed are: Elizabeth, John G, Martha, Thomas, Hary Hester, Caleb and POwell plus 3 unknown, presumed female as the will mentions the Steele heirs, Ford heirs and Goldstein heirs.
I qm decended through Elizabeth Aron born 1827, d. 1907. She married Samuel Wallace Craig and lived in Kent County De. I believe their farm was on the De/Md line west of Dover. They are buried at Bryn Zion Cemetary (see Findagrave.com.
William Aron father of Elizabeth was born 1791, d: 1869.
Please let me hear from you for further info as I am able. I have the family photo album of Elizabeth and Samuels family.
