From "Death Records of Adair County": This is a list of the dead from the Third Kentucky Volunteer Infantry organized in October of 1861. "Pvt. Nathaniel Aaron died at St. Louis, Mo. 18 May 1862." There is no cause of death listed and I do not know whether or not he died in battle. Some of the listed men died from fever or smallpox. Still searching for info on Anne and Henry.
