Hi Mary--

According to LDS Film#0865370 (Index of Vital Records of the town of Colchester---Winooski was part of that town until 1920)

Leo Joseph Hebert--b. April 2, 1891, recorded in Town Book #4, page 82

was Married to Victoria Louise Chambers
on February 7, 1920
recorded in Town Book #10, page 11.

I have many Hebert/Abair/Eber, but so far can't link to your Leo. You can order the actual Town record of Colchester on Microfilm at the LDS family History Library near you. Be sure to order the film containg the right book. It will be less expensive than ordering actual records! When you find the parents, let me know, maybe we connect! Good Luck! Karen
