Parents of Emma Hebert are Charles Hebert and Josephine Laflamme.
Charles Hebert, born 08 sept 1825 in St-Luc (near St-Jean, Quebec)is the son of Charles Hebert and Celeste Gaboury. He married first Zoe Beaulac 09 Jan 1849 in Cooperville, Clinton Co, NY. The couple had no children. Zoe Beaulac died 24 Dec 1863 in Cooperville.
Charles Hebert remarried Josephine Laflamme in 1864 or 1865 in Clinton Co, probably in Chazy. The couple had four children but only two survived: Lina (1871) and Emma (1866)(see census 1870 of Chazy).
After the death of Josephine Laflamme (between 1876 and 1879), Charles Hebert remarried Cesarie (or Sarah) Dupuis 21 Aug 1879 in Plattsburg. Sarah Dupuis was the widow of Akin (Etienne?) Brousseau (census 1860 and 1870 of Plattsburg). Charles Hebert and Sarah Dupuis had no children.
