I have a son-in-law who is a descendant of William H. Abbey born in Minnesota July, 1856. I do not know who his parents were but he married Ellen B. Hooten(Hooton) 9 April 1889. She was born in Indiana. They had three children, Willey R. b. apr. 18892; Artemus H. b. Feb 1899; and Verner R. b. 1902?. Artemus, who became Art to his friends, married Sylvia b.12Mar,1900. William and Ellen were married in El paso Co. Colorado on 9 Apr, 1889. My grand son Richie Todd in only 7 yrs but he has been asking who his ancestors were, and ask me if I could find out. I have quite a bit of information for him on his mothers side but can't seem to find much about the Abbey's. If any of you have anything that would help me I would really appreciate it. thanks
