Saw your message on John Abbe, Essex Co., MA. He is my wife's about 10x ggf, through his son Thomas Abbe. I have primary documentation only as far as Thomas Abbe's daughter, Tabitha, born Enfield, CT (don't recall the date at the moment) and am interested in pursuing the line further. According to information from The Abbe Genealogy, John married 1st Mary (probably Loring)who died in Wenham, MA 9 Sep 1672 (Essex Co. Vital Stats), married 2nd, Mary or Marah (?) Goldsmith, 25 Nov 1674 (Essex Co. Vital Stats). Marah is the name given in the records. She was probably the widow of Richard Goldsmith.
Would be very interested in anything you have from the other side of the ocean as well. Also will share what I have.
