I a loking for anyone with a connection to a W.W. Abbey---a.k.a Wallace William ABBEY born 1837---died 1916

Not for certain but I believe he was born in Illinois. He resided in the towns of Salem and later Falls City, Richardson County, Nebrsaka. He served with the 123rd.

1st wife Alzina

2nd Lillis (Rhodes)

One of W.W. Abbey's sons or grandsons went moved to the Chicagoland area and was a editor of the Chicago Tribune.
