Acree marriages to-Largent-Cravens-Kerley

Jasper Newton Acree married Mary Haley or Caroline Cravens in Russell Co Ky. He was born in Tn and orphaned at a fairly early age.

William Acree married Sarah or Susan Largent in Rhea Co Tn and later moved to Arkansas. He was a brother to Jasper.

Elizabeth Acree, sister to Wm and Jasper, married George Washington Kerley. They lived in Tn and later in the Wayne Co Ky area.

Seeking info on other siblings. Oral family history says there were 9 children, but I have not been able to verify this.

The big unanswered question is WHO WERE THE PARENTS OF THESE CHILDREN?

Per one family researcher, who has excellent deduction skills, Lewis and Rhoda Acree are the most likely candidates, being the only Acree family in the right place at the right time and then disappearing from the census, leaving several Acre/Akrey children in the homes of seemingly non-related folks in the 1850 Tennessee census.

Any sugestions or idea sharing appreciated.

Thanks,
Jill Acree Harper
