I'm looking for my great grandfather and his second family after his first wife died and he abandoned his first family and moved to Texas to start over. My grandfather was Robert Walter Acree, he had 3 brothers: George, Tom, and Bill. Their sister was Delia. I would like to contact the second family of Allen James Acree originally from Banks Co Georgia. We have lost all contact,

I also would like to know where the Banks Co Acrees came from. I've heard it was Bertie Co., NC. When did they come to America and what was their point of entry. My Dad is getting on in years and would like to solve his ancestry. Please email any info to rebecca355@msn.com Thanks Rebecca Acree Lott 8/18/04
