If you track her kin back far enough, I bet it will show up in Banks County, Georgia.
That crew was not the bunch out of Tenn. or Kentucky.
There were some of the family that did go on to Texas and some even that made it on to New Mexico around the turn of the last century where they got in a range war for herding sheep with the cattlemen. All of that is oral history that I have heard from others.
