South Carolina Spartanburgh Dist The Grand Jurors of and for the District aforesaid at a Court of June Sefsions of the place held for the District aforesaid on the Second Monday after the Fourth Monday in October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen.
Present as a grievance that citizens of this states are by the the ...laws of this State, prevented...... ....unto them their Negro.... (parts of the right side of the page are blurred but could be studied further)
