Hello,
I am writing from Wisconsin, USA.
I am trying to find relatives or people who are doing geneology on my family.

My great grandfather, Heinrich Johann Ahlers was born on 8 Sept.,1818 (correction) in Olderburg Germany. He was the son of Johann Hinrich Ahlers and Anna Catharina Bakenhus.

His wife, my great grandmother, Dorothea (Doretta) Windels was born on 21 Nov., 1831 in Diepholz, Hanover, Germany. Her parents were Carl Friedrich William Windels and Augusta Fischer.
