Ahrens/Arens/Aherns

I am trying to find information on my g-g-grandparents William and Dorothy that went by the
spelling of "Arens", that came from Gemany in mid 1850's, their son John, was born in Dane Co.
WI, in 1868, and finally ended up in Dunn Co. WI. I have some old pictures the refers to John's
uncle Carl " Moll" and cousin Wiley "Moll". So they are related somehow to these people that
I found lived in Madison area, and imigrated from Mecklenburg. There is also a picture that says
"Grandma Hankel", so somehow this person is also connected . Anyone with an Arens/Ahrens/Aherns
data base that has any of these other surnames related to them, I would love to hear from you.
Thanks
