Anyone trace relatives to Ahrens family, Gillespie county, Texas.

They helped establish the frontier border in Texas. 1846.
2 brothers> Conrad and Christian. Their 1st cabins were 15 X 15 stone, wood, grass buildings. Very primitive.
located about 13 miles north of Fredericksburg, Tx.
