Four Generations of Some of the Descendants of Robert Aikins
This is a continuation of an old thread, see #78 of this Forum, but I thought it deserved a new home of it's own:

Variations in the spelling of the surname vary within branches of the family, but so that I can succesfully index them all, I use the spelling of my granfather, Harold Speer Aikins.
There are omissions in the previous postings that needed to be added - and I am sure that errors have cropped up in this one. Additions and corrections are appreciated.

Of especial interest would be any information on a Robert James Aikins, reportedly born about 1829 in Morgan County, OH. Was Robert an unused forename and could he possibly be the James at the end of this listing?
