Try asking the Anchorage Genealogical Society. Do not have address available, but a LDS church could give you an address. Land records would be through the Anchorage city records and maybe even State records. The Anchorage Museum may have some information. At the local library (Z.J. Loussac Public library) there should be an obit index. I he (Robert Carlson and/or Jessie's husband maybe) died here, most likely is buried at the 6th Ave Cemetary. This cemetary was index some years back by a retired Florist.
