I hope you can help me, I am trying to locate any information concerning my grandfather. Howard (Harry)Clayton Reynolds, he went alot by Harry. He was a civil engerneer and surveyed the Alcan Hwy in 1929. He was a carburetor engineer also. He was born 4-1-1886 in E. Liberty, Pa. His father was DDS Joseph Clayton Reynolds and mother Lillian Dale Pollock. He married Maud Reinhard and had 3 children, one stillborn at birth, a son Joseph, daughter Dale, they lived in NYC until the doctor told him to move to Ca due to severe asthma. He left alone and never returned to his family.
We thought he died while living on Turk St. San Francisco, Ca and was cremated, but there are no records in Ca at all on this death. Because he surveyed for the Alcan Hwy we are hopeing he lived in Nome Alaska until his death 4-3-1934. Thank you for any help. Dale
