Looking for information for family tree. David was a commercial pilot in Anchorage, Alaska during the 1970's and may have been a "bush" pilot in the 1980's. He was born approx. 1945 in Elkhart, Ind., served in the Air Force as a pilot in Thiland, moved to Alaska and flew for Polar Airlines. Family names I know are Anderson and Christopherson. May have an older brother in Seattle area.
