This is an add-on of my own message. I finally found the names for James Akins parents: Luthar Akins and Zephar Smith. I don't know anything else except that they were farmers in Arkansas before going to Oregon. If you recognize these people plese help me find more. I need dates and locations, parents, siblings, children. anything to help me get going a little more that i have already.
