This Davis man lived in Lowndes County, AL and owned land there near Richard Faulk and Sarah, whom William later married after the death of both Richard in 1828 and his wife sometime before 1836.
William W. Davis Jr. family consisted of (known) two daughters,
one named Reginer and the other unknown and younger died btw 1840 & 1850 census
the mother died btw 1830 & 1836 when father William re-married widow of Richard Faulk, Sarah, unknown surname
his two sons named Ensley P.born 1828 and Jasper Newton born 1832.
Sarah had three/four children by Richard Faulk who died 1829
