CHEROKEE, Ala. - Richard Gillon Randolph, 87, died Sept. 7, 2008, at Sunbridge Nursing Home in Tuscumbia, Ala. He was born Sept. 29, 1920, to William and Gertrude Stevens Randolph. He was a retired Army veteran with 29 years of service.
Services were at Ripley Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery.
Survivors included his wife, Ora Randolph of Cherokee, Ala.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Gertrude Stevens.
