Here's what I know: Benjamin Allen Taylor (b. 8/26/1834 d. 11/06/1899) married Martha Jane Campbell (b. 04/27/1845 d. 05/17/1890).

Known children:

Henry B 1866-1924 married Theodocia Pelham
Thomas J 1864-1940 m. Lula Everett
Martha A 1869-?
John F 1876-1949 m. Lena Everitt
Sydney R 1879-1900

this is as of the 1880 census.

If your husband's grandmother was born after 1880, it may be difficult to find, since the 1890 census was lost, and it would be hard to know who was the head of household in 1900.

Do you know when she was born? where? Where she was living in the census years? 1880, 90, 1900, 1910 etc? Do you know when she was married, to whom?

I'll let you know if I find anything.
