Russellville, Ala. – Karolyn K. Castillo Willis, 47, died May 11, 2009, at Shoals Hospital In Sheffield, Ala. She was born April 18, 1962, in Waukegan, Ill., to James Eulon and Mary Francis Lovelace Rinks. She was a secretary.
Services were at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Belmont with burial in Joel Cemetery at Dennis.
Survivors included her children, Amie Box (Vernon Smith) of Muscle Shoals, Ala., Robby Baker of Clarksville, Tenn., and Damian Rinks of Ashland City, Tenn.; grandchildren, Alanna Addison and Ava Box; sister, Susie Phillips (Jim) of Dennis.
She was preceded in death by a son, Russell Keith Scott; her parents; a sister, Valerie Jo Rinks; and a brother, Michael “Ringo” Rinks.
