James Quilen Orrick, 44, formerly of Red Bay, died February 1, 1973 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Services were held at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with burial in the Red Bay City Cemetery with Deaton Funeral Home in charge. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors included three daughters, Mrs. Amita Trapp of Columbus, Mrs. Penny Cole of Memphis, and Mrs. Paulette Humphries of Vina; two sons, Louis and Jimmy, both of Memphis; his father, Robert Orrick of Red Bay; five sisters, Mrs. Elvie Morrow, Mrs. Eva Skinner, both of Red Bay, Mrs. Cleo Weaver of Cherokee, Ala., Mrs. Mildred Loney, Mrs. Carolyn Hubbard, both of Tupelo; two brothers, R. L. Orrick of Red Bay and Jordan Orrick of Houston, Texas.
