Thanks so much for your reply to my MORROW family in Greene Co, AL. After a quick check of my records, I cant find any of the names you mentioned in reply but there were lots of Morrows there in 1820s. I have numerous books and records which indicate that the MORROW family moved to Greene CO, AL as well as Morgan Co, AL 1820s. My lineage to my GrGrGrGrandparents is Janet Morrow who married Henry McCrary STOREY and came to Greene Co, AL in 1820 with his father, Henry Storey, a Revolutionary War Veteran. A paper on him is on Greene Co,AL Homepage. Also, 2 of Janet Morrow's Brothers, William and David Morrow, who also married Storey Sisters, came as a large group at that time. Perhaps the names you mentioned were included but no data. The 3 siblings were the children of Samuel MORROW Jr.(1760-1842), Revolutionary War Veteran. Mine lineage of H.M. and JAnet Morrow Storey settled in nearby Pickens Co, AL and buried in Beersheba Presby Cemetery on AL/MS line in Lowndes Co, MS.
Samuel Morrow Jr. lived and died in Chester District, SC now Spartanburg, SC. and buried in Fairforest Presby. Cemetery which is just south of Spartanburg. Contact me if the above are your lineage.
