Addie is mother of John Thad Gibson in my other post. She was on 1880 census with her sister, Mary Hughes Archibald (later married __Walker), on 1900 census with John T Gibson, her son's family, and 1910 with son again and her sister. Would love to hear from any of Addie's descendents, as her sister Mary had no children. Addie and Mary had brothers, John Thomas Hughes born Feb 1840, Newton R Hughes ca 1843, and Richard Hughes ca 1845. Trying to prove my connection to their mother, Ellen C. Hughes who married Dr Wm Hughes and both buried Bethany Cemetery, Pickens Co AL.
