I've been tracking my family for about two years now and have would like to verify that I am on the right track. I believe I am from the Edmund Scarborough line, through North Carolina into Alabama, then Arkansas, then Louisiana, and finally Texas, where I was born. My GG Grandfather is one of the numerous John Wesley Scarborough's of Greene County Alabama. I follow the line of his son, Washington H Scarborough, b 1836 and his son, Robert L Scarborough b 1866 in Chicot Co, Arkansas. I have found some info on his cousins in Green Co, but not much on my particular family. Anyone out there related to this branch? Other family members from Greene Co Alabama are Amos Alexander b 1844, James R b 1834, Wesley b 1849, and mother Lydia Morgan Scarborough, b 1815. Any info is appreciated!
