Joseph Bradley + Elzira Crabb 1843 Limestone Co AL

I am looking for any and all information on Joseph R. Bradley and Elzira Crabb who were married Oct 26, 1843 in Limestone County, Alabama.

Elzira probably died before 1850. It seems Joseph married again before 1850 and is enumerated with his second wife, Margaret C., living in the William P. Sanderson household that year.

I think Joseph died before the 1860 census because that year Margaret Bradley is still listed in William Sanderson's household but without Joseph. Also listed in that household that year is Palmyra Bradley, age 8 (born ca 1852), who is probably Joseph and Margaret's daughter. Could anyone tell me what happened to this Palmyra Bradley?

In 1870 Giles Co TN, a William Sanderson is listed with a John Bradley age 6 (born ca 1864) in the household, but with no Margaret or Palmyra Bradley. This might/might not be the same William Sanderson.

I think Joseph's mother's name was Palmyra.

I found a reference in the Diary of Henry Jackson Lentz of Limestone Co AL that a Dr. Bradley died Nov 10, 1852. I wonder if this Joseph could have been a doctor and that this could be him?

Any help on this family would be appreciated!
