Worley researchers are almost all in agreement that Caroline D Buford married Newton Worley and there is a record of this marriage in madison county. However, her father is listed as Henry Buford jr and mother as Jane Sherman. Book, "Buford family in America" 1st edition states Caroline married Newton Mosley; 2nd printing states Newton Morley. Does anyone have the "smoking gun" that clarifies that the Caroline Buford who married Newton WORLEY was indeed child oh Henry and Jane Buford? It is so widely accepted that I believe that someone must have discovered this link already.
