guin - Kathrine Hardin, 86, Guin, passed away on Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, at the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. Born in Guin, she was the daughter of the late Gus and Mattie Jones Bozeman. She had lived in Guin all of her life. She was a member of the Philadelphia Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl H. Hardin; son, Sammy Hardin; sisters, Ruth Smith and Sue Benson; and brother, Gene Bozeman.
Funeral services were Aug. 27, from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in the Old Liberty Cemetery.
Survivors included her sons - Roger (Pat) and Russell (Willette) Hardin, both of Guin; daughter-in-law - Faye Hardin, Guin; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sisters - Mary Sanders, Winfield, and Pat Duff and Ruby Lions, both of Kansas City, Mo.
