Russell, Ill. - Dean Kunz, 73, died Nov. 25, 2008, at Hospice House in Kenosha, Wis. She was born Oct. 29, 1935, in Marion County, Ala., and moved to Zion, Ill., in 1953. A member of Russell Community Church, she worked for more than 20 years at Warwick Electronics in Zion, Ill., and retired in 2003 from Clark's Fiberglass in Fulton.
Visitation was at Congdon Funeral Home in Zion. Private burial was at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park in Zion.
Survivors included her husband of 45 years, John; her godchild, Jenny Ohliger (Joe) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; four siblings, Reba Gates, Ernest Harris (Wilma) of Vina, Ala., Thelma Shelton (James) and Billy Paul Harris (Gayle); 13 nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Bernice Harris, in 1996; and her parents, David and Minnie Jeffreys Harris.
