Harvey Henry Burgett . Dead end ,Please help.

I am searching for any info on Harvey Henry Burgett. We know he joined the Army and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Wa. between 1925-1928. He tried to buy his way ouy of the Army at one time. Then he re-enlisted and threatened to go awol. The last known letter from him was in 1928 from Fort Lewis Wa. I think he probably deserted but can't anything on him, not even a ssn, or death record. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
