My husband's family roots come from the line of a certain Henry Alabaster who worked as an emissary to Thailand for Queen Victoria. He later decided to settle in Thailand and work for the ruling king at that time. He died and was buried in Thailand. A book has been written about him and his relatives are seeking for more information about him.
