I don't have any concrete evidence, but I now think Peter ALBAUGH's mother may have been Elizabeth EVERHART who married an unknown ALLBAUGH/ALBAUGH ca. 1802 in either MD or OH... I also think Mr. unknown Albaugh died prior to 1812. Does this coincide with any of your family history?
