The will copy I have is for Adam Olebaugh, father of Jacob, John, Peter, Elizabeth and Catherine. This Catherine was born Oct. 1776, in Wash. Co., MD., so she isn't your Catherine. Adams son, Jacob, was living in Morgan Co., VA, when he died in 1802, leaving no will but a family of five children, names unknown except for my Jacob Aulabaugh, and his wife Elizabeth who married #2, Robert Buck, about 1804. I'm very short of information for that generation. I have a lot of documented information on my Jacob but it seems that when Robert Buck died he left everything to his son, causing estrangement between the Buck heirs and the Aulabaugh offspring. My Jacob was one of four boys and a girl, according to a brief history he wrote in the mid-1800's, and his sister evidently marr. and lived in Boonsborough, MD, where Jacob went when he was about sixteen years old. I have not been able to determine who they were or where any of his fathers family went except that there were records of both John and Peter Aulabaugh in Washington Co., MD. I have not researched any of the Aulabaughs that may have gone back to Pennsylvania.
Sorry I can't be of help. I'm still hoping someone can help me. Good luck. Best Regards, EWS
