I have very sketchy information about my Albert family, but from your description, we may have a connection.

David Albert, born 1803 in Germany.
Married Anna Erb.
Daughter, Marie Albert, born in 1839 in Pennsylvania.

Married married James Foreman and had one son, James Elliot.

She married a second time, in 1863, to John Haines Haworth. They lived in Ackworth, Warren County, Iowa from 1863 til 1893, when they moved their family to Naashville, Oklahoma (now called Nash). They had four children, Chalmers (Chad), Alta, Josephine (my grandmother), and Frederick. Frederick died at age four. Both John and Marie are buried in Nash, OK.

I do not know if David and Anna ever lived in New York.

If you think there is a connection, let me know, and I will send you whatever info I have. Would be nice to find more information on this branch of my family.

I tried to e-mail you, but it was undeliverable.

Judy Roberts
