Hi Sandra, My grandmother's great great grandfather (Jacob Alderton) was married to Sara Largent in West Va. There may be a connection through marriage.He died in 1877. Hope this helps you.It is interesting that my grandmother (Cora Alderton) was married to Wilbert Clark Hardy from Mass.Maggie Alderton could have been Jacob's mother who I have as Margaret. I would love to know more if you can help me. Thanks and Good Luck!!
