Hello Miss Yrigoyen,
Have you tried variations of Aldrete?
The church registries often spelled the names in various ways.
Following my line from Alferez Vizente Alderete there have been difference in births records. For instance a child may be born to an Alderete but baptized as Aldrete or Alderette so perhaps looking under Alderete or the double tt variation you might be more lucky.
