Hi Scott,
I talked to my husband's granny; she did say Willie did remarry. She couldn't remember his name, but did say he wasn't real liked--that he was a gambler.
Isaac M Alexander was married 3 times. Willie was the 3rd don't know first two. I went over the children's names again with granny and I got---
1st marriage had Emma (must have named her after his mother)
2nd marriage had Willie Mae, Robert, and Daniel M.
3rd marriage w/ Willie Blankenship had John R, Isaac C, Frank F, Marion, Marvel, and Duncan.
Isaac M Alexander born Jan 1866, Ms to John F Alexander and Emma UNKNOWN
Willie Blankenship was born Nov 1875, and they were married 2 Nov 1896 in Franklin Parish, La
Granny did say that she was buried down in Crowville Louisiana, and I think Isaac also. I'm gonna check on it.
Granny didn't remember the name of the cemetary.
Also are you a relation? A son or grandson of Robert Alexander?
