Hi, Tom, I have been researching an Isaac W. Alexander b. ca 1806 TN and his wife Nancy Berry b. ca 1813 NC who married 22 Apr 1831 Madison Co. TN. They are on the 1840 Madison Co TN census and 1850 Dist. 13 Madison Co TN census, D606 as follows:

Isaac W. 44 Miller b. TN
Nancy 37 NC
Matilda J. 17 TN
Martin D. 15 TN
Nancy A. 13 MS
Lucinda C. 11 TN
Susan P. 9 TN
Sarah E. 6 TN
Frances M. 4 f TN
Panina 1 f TN

Is it possible Frances M. above is your Fannie Alexander?

I have not been able to find Isaac W. nor Nancy in an 1860 census.

I did find the following on the 1860 Dist. 16 Madison Co TN census: , D2008: Sarah Nance 65 b. NC
Elmira Luckey 46 TN
Thos. Luckey 17 TN

1870 Madison Co TN: there is the following:
T. Lucky 26 TN M
F. Lucky 25 F TN
S. Lucky 5 F? TN
H. 1 M TN
S. Lucky 60 F TN
