Numerous web refrences say the Rev. Alexander originated in Bughall Scotland before removing to Raphoe, Ireland. I can find no evidence that there is such a place as Bughall. However, Stirling was a burgh and has sites called Burghmuir, i.e Burgh Wall. Does anyone have information on this or is Bughall possibly a typo for Burgh or something else that has been so often repeated that it is now assumed to be true? HKM
