Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Hi Sharlie.

AGA refers to "Nos Ancetres au XVIIe Siecle" (Our Ancestors in the 17th Century) by Archange Godbout.

If you have Jette's book, check out page XXIV.

P.S. My wife is descended from Charles Allaire and Catherine Fievre; I descend from his brother Jean who married Perinne Therrien.

Do you know that Catherine Fievre is a "Fille du Roi" (King's Daughter)?

Patrick
