YES! This is my Allaire family. James P. Allaire was my gggg-grandfather. I am a descendant thourgh his son
Throckmorton. Throckmorton had a daughter named Ella that married Rollin Shafto. My greatgrandmother was Ora Shafto, daughter of Ella and Rollin. My grandfather, Homer Shafto Field, was the oldest child of Ora Shafot.
I've been in touch with staff at the Village, along with a wonderful volunteer named Dottie. She and her husband and daughter, Amie, also, portray members of the Allaire family during events at the Village.
