Ann, I don't research the Alldays. I am descended from the Hatchers and ran across them because of Seth. Please look at the following records. I do think the genealogy I gave you is the correct one. All this is taken from Henrico Will and Deed Books. General Cout 1 Juen 1704. Adm granted Anne Perrin on the estate of her SON Richard Perrin........Inv of Richard Perrin presented in court by Mrs Anne Perrin. Recorded 1 Nov 1704......John Perrin of Varina for 30 to john Forrest same 50 acres of part of plantation of Long Swamp divised to MY BROTHER RICHARD PERRIN, late departed by will of Richard Peirce sometimes of said county and to me descended by MY BROTHER 2 Dec 1706......Fra Nicholson Esq, Lt Gov of Va, to Charles Evans and in Varina Parish, Henrico on ns of James River bounded by Mr Richard Perrin, Abraham Baly, Cornelius Creek and William Giles, 140 acres formerly granted to Thomas Perrin and by him deserted and since granted to said Charles Evans 19 Oct 1704......Charles Evans of Charles City for 20 shillings and 200 lbs tobacco to John Perrin of henrico, SON OF ANN PERRIN 140 acres bounded in patent to Thomas Perrin 20 Oct 1688. Recorded 1 Apr 1707........Thomas East and Anne his wife are indebted to Seth Hatcher and Elizabeth his wife, William Ballew and Jane his wife and Thomas Cardwell and Martha his wife for 50. 1 Apr 1717. The condition is that said Thomas and Ann abide by the partition agreement already made to partition 239 acres decending from JOHN PERRIN DEC"D TO SAID ELIZABETH, ANN, JANE AND MARTHA AS CO-PARTNERS AND SISTER OF SAID JOHN PERRIN. Recorded 1 Apr 1717......Seth Hatcher and Elizabeth Hatcher his wife of henrico to Thomas Bayley of same for 16, 39 acres on ns of James River at Worlds End next to Thomas Perrin and said Tho Bayley of which said land is part of tract said Bayley lives on and was conveyed by deed 22 Feb 1678/9 by Thomas Bayley Sr to Thomas Perrin dec'd which land decended to Elizabeth Hatcher as ONE OF THE DAUGHTERS AND CO-HEIRS OF SAID THOMAS PERRIN dec'd land bounded by river. Recorded 22 Apr 1717.......3 Nov 1729 henry Baley of Goochland Co to Warham Easley of same for 25 land on ns of james River being a parcel at Long Swamp willed to his mother Jeane Baley by his GRANDMOTHER ANN PERRIN 100 acres. Recorded 1st Mon Nov 1729. These deeds prove that Elizabeth Perrin Allday Hatcher (wife of Seth) was the daughter of Anne and Thomas Perrin, sister of Jean Perrin Baley Ballew, Anne Perrin East, Martha Perrin Cardwell and John Perrin. John Perrin names himself as the brother of (a) Richard and son of Anne. This Richard Perrin died and his estate was adm by his mother Anne. Let me know what you think.
