Hi Hector
This is Billy Ray Alday.
I am looking for any and all information on my tree.
I know the Allday name is from Alday but I wonder why some changed it. I'm sure who ever wrote it might have misspelled it at times but in Texas for instance most of th ones with one L seem to be Spanish. While a few others there still use the one L are from Ingland Via Virginia and then Georgia.
In Texas the ones with two L's left Georgia durning the War.
Now, can you or anyone else add to that?
I hail from the Alday Clan in Seminole Co., GA.
Do you or any one here have information for me on my tree please? You may reach me at gahillbilly at yahoo.com
Thanks
Billy Alday
