I feel sure that my gggrandfather Alligood is one of Samuel's children, because my great grandfather, Alexander Alligood, was born in Leon County, Florida in 1856. I have eliminated Silas Alligood, Samuel's son, as my ancester and am working through the other Alligood sons that settled Florida during that period. I was searching most diligently for Charles to be the ancester because Charles is a passdown name within my Alligood family. Thank you for the reply.
