This may or may not help. I am an Alligood researcher. Have an "Allen Lane Alligood" in my file born in the late 1940's. So he would be in age range to have served in VietNam. His parents were born in North Carolina. Have no information on their current address or of "Allen". You could do a "white page search" on the web to locate a phone number. You can do it by City or State. Start with the State where you think he might live and work out from there. Pennsyvania, if you think is the State would be a start, then try North Carolina.
