According to the Horatio Allis book about the descendants of William Allis, Norman Lead Allis was born 20 Apr 1870 in Orwell, Bradford County, PA & on 16 Dec 1897 married Anna Bell, daughter of Harvey and Martha (Avis) Coleman of Herrickville PA. Children were:
Harvey Jerome, b. 13 Sep 1898
Jeraldine Elizabeth, b. 14 May 1900
Barney Dudley, b. 19 Feb 1904
Percy Harrison, b. 27 Aug 1908
Rodney Burton, b. 27 Jan 1911
His brother, Lewis Eugene Allis was born 30 Jul 1876 in Orwell and on 26 Jul 1899 married Grace Eleanor, daughter of Percy and Sarah (Spencer) Manley of Canton PA. Children were:
Daughter, died in infancy
Manley Lynn, b. 20 Apr 1907
