Looking for Alonzos from San Luis Potosi

Hi,
I have started doing my genealogy search any my maternal grandmother was an Alonzo from San Luis Potosi. From what I have uncovered is that there was a large presence of Alonzo's in SLP.My grandmother (Francisca)was the daughter of Jose Ausencio Alonzo and Ma. Quirina Macias. The father of Jose Ausencio Alonzo was I believe Juan De La Cruz Alonzo and his mother was Ysavel Gomez and they were from according to my records and findings located in Tlaxcalilla, SLP and if my findings are correct Jose Ausencio Alonzo was christened in Cerro de San Pedro, SLP, Mexico.According to my mother, my grandmother, Francisca, lost her father when she was very young - he apparently died in a mining accident in Sabinas, Coahuila however I have not been able to verify any of that info.I believe that we are probably tied to the same family.According to my research all of the surnames have roots going back to Spain (Jewish roots). The surnames can be found in the records of the inquisition where Spanish Jews were made to convert to Catholicism, they were known as Conversos.I am currently awaiting my DNA results to verify the exact lineage.I find it ironic that I married a Jewish man and lead a Jewish lifestyle.I'll keep you posted. If you have any info please pass it on.
Shalom,
