Hello KAREN, or anyone on the ALPHIN board; I have just read your post of Sep 2000 on the ALPHIN B-Board and see that you are connected to the TEEL and ALPHIN families. I am doing some research for a friend (Tom DOWDY) who's grandmother is Dora Belle ALPHIN b-abt 25 Jan 1886 to William G. ALPHIN and Martha A. NELSON; William was the son of Josia ALPHIN and Sarilda TEEL.(this pedigree was dnloaded from the LDS-FHL and not verified by me. He wants to know if the family history that say he is connected to the Cherokee Indian nation and also how he is related to "Heck" THOMAS the U.S. Marshal of the old west. Do you by any chance have any that may possibly show any connection to these people? Also need any info on Dora Belle ALPHIN, She married a Samuel DOWDY 10 mar 1907 in Randolph Co, Ark.Any help will be appreciated. JOE
